to Sell and Convey the same.

Alachua County } This official deed of conveyance was made the
Second day of July AD 1877, from Saml C. Tucker Sheriff of
Alachua County in the State of Florida to P.H. Young of Said
State and County, Witnesseth: That whereas the Said Saml C.
Tucker as Sheriff as aforesaid by virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias
to him issued from the Circuit Court of Said County of Alachua
founded on a judgment in favor of Matilda S. Brown admin-
istratrix of George L. Brown deceased and against E.S. Gunnell
and John G. Rawls in the Court of the date of April 9th AD
1860 levied upon and took in execution as the property of the
said E.S. Gunnell the following described real estate to wit: Lots
numbers five (5) and Six (6) in Block Number Four (4) Range
Number one (1) in the town of Newnansville the Same being
within the County of Alachua and State of Florida and having
duly advertised the Same and the day and place of sale, did
on this day at the Court House of Said County of Alachua, expose
to public auction the said lots of land to the highest best and
last bidder for Cash and at said sale the Said P.H. Young became
the purchase of the Said lots or parcels of land at and for the
sum of ten ($1000) dollars.
Now therefore the Said Saml C. Tucker as such Sheriff
in consideration of the premises does hereby alien, convey and
assure to the said P.H. Young the land by him so purchased
To have and to hold the Same with the appurtenances unto
the Said P.H. Young his heirs and assigns, vesting in him and
them in opposition to all adverse rights titles or claims all
