This Indenture made the thirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Seven, Between Leopold Klee
and his wife Carmen Gonzales deKlee of Balmoral Alachua County
Florida of the first part, and William L. Finger of Waldo of County
and State aforesaid of the Second part, Witnesseth, That the Said parties
of the first part, for and in consideration of the Sum of Ninety five
