Gonzalez de Klee to me well known as the wife of Leopold Klee

This Indenture made the twenty fifth day of July Anno Domini
Eighteen Hundred and Seventy Seven between James J. Kelly of the City
of Fernandina County of Nassau and State of Florida and Cath-
erine his wife parties of the first part, and Patrick Kelly of the City
of Fernandina County of Nassau and Said State of Florida
