This Indenture made the twenty third day of July Anno Domini Eighteen
hundred and Seventy Seven, between /John B. Black of the City of Wash-
ington County of District of Columbia and State, Trustee for Margaret
N. Blake of Said City of Washington Party of the first part, and Rob-
ert B. Weeks of the town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the Second part, Witnesseth: That the Said party of the
first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred Dollars
to him in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given, granted, bargained, aliened
Sold, transferred, and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain,
Sell, transfer and convey unto the Said party of the Second part, and to his
heirs and assigns, forever, all that Certain lot, tract or Parcel of Land
Situate, lying and being in the town of Waldo County of Alachua and
State of Florida and known and described on the official Maps of
Said town as Lot Numbered Six (6) in Block numbered Eight (8)
which said Lot has a frontage and measures thirty three (33) feet on
Sparkman Street which bounds it on the South East, and extends
at right angles from Said Sparkman Street Seventy five (75) feet
to Kennard Street which bounds it on the North West, ---

Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging and also all the estate, right, title, inter-
est property, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity,
of the Said party of the first part, of in and to the Same, with the appur-
tenances.
To Have and to Hold the above described premises, with the appurtenances
as thereunto belonging unto the Said party of the Second part, and
to his executors heirs and assigns, as their absolute property in
fee simple forever, And the Said John B. Blake as Trustee for
himself and for all others claiming by, through or under him
does covenant and agree that he is Seized in fee Simple of a
good and indefeasable estate in and to the above premises by deed
from the Trustees of the Florida Rail Road Company bearing date of June
12th D 1867, and that he has conveyed the Same free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and description
Created by himself, and that the Said party of the Second part his
heirs and assigns Shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whomsoever lawfully claim-
ing by through or under him the Said party of the first part,
