This Indenture, made this the Fourth day of March
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy
Six between W.K. Cessna and Julia Cessna who joins in this
for the purpose of relinquishing her dower of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part, and G.H. Sutherland
of the City of Louisville State of Kentucky party of the Second
part, Witnesseth that the Said parties of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Six hundred dollars to them in
hand paid by the Said party of the Second part, at and before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have bargained, Sold, released, granted,
Conveyed and Confirmed, and by these presents do bargain, Sell,
release, grant, convey, and confirm, unto the Said party of the
Second part his heirs and assigns, forever all that Certain
piece or parcel of land known as described by the United
States Survey as the North half of the South West Quarter
of Section Number thirty (30) township Nine (9) South Range
