Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I,
James M. Sparkman of the foregoing Said State & County in
Consideration of the Sum of two hundred and fifty ($25000) Dollars
lawful money of the United State to me in hand paid (the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged) by Mrs Mary E. Russell of the County
& State aforesaid do hereby grant bargain Sell and Convey
unto the Said Mary E. Russell her heirs and assigns a certain
