Know all men by these presents that we John C. Smith
and Delia C. Smith his wife of the City of Brooklyn, County of
Kings and State of New York have made constituted and appoin-
ted and by these presents do make constitute and appoint
Herbert C. Smith of the Same place our true and lawfull
Attorney and the true and lawful attorney of each of us
for us and each of us and in our name place and Stead
and in the name place and stead of each of us - to Sell and
dispose of any and all real estate and personal property
owned by us or either of us Situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, and to release all dower and thirds
right in any such real estate and to make execute acknowle-
dge and deliver good and sufficient deed or deeds of conveyance
of the Same with or without usual full covenants and warranty
giving and granting unto our said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing what-
Soever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes, as we might
or could do if personally present, with full power of substitu-
tion and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all
that our Said attorney or Substitute shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue hereof -
