Brooklyn personally came before me Herbert C. Smith to me well
and personally Known, and to me well and personally known to be
the attorney in fact of John C. Smith and Delia C. Smith his wife
the persons described in the foregoing deed of Conveyance, and acknowl-
edged before me that he the said Herbert C. Smith did as the lawful
attorney in fact of said John C. Smith and Delia C. Smith his wife
execute sign seal and deliver the foregoing deed of Conveyance as the
act and deed of said John C. Smith and of the said Delia C. Smith
his wife under and by virtue of a Power of Attorney made by the Said
