                Sixty days after date I promise to pay


This Indenture made & entered unto this June 12fth 1877 between
Thos F. King and Elizabeth A. King his wife of the first part (the Said
Elizabeth joining in this deed for the purpose of relinquishing
her right to dower in the premises hereinafter conveyed) and
E.D. Barnett of the Second part, Witnesses that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the Sum of one thousand
dollars to them paid have granted bargained & Sold & by these
presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey to the party of the
Second part a certain tract of land or town lot Situated in
the Village of Micanopy in Alachua County Florida Contain-
ing one acre more or less & being the Same formerly occupied
as a residence by the parties of the first and bounded on
the North by the lot of Mrs G.A. Cooper on the East by the
lot of Geo S. Riggs on the South by the lot of J.J. Robbins
and on the West by the lot of Charles Chrisman, To have
and to hold to the Said E.D. Barnett with all the rights and
privileges thereto appertaining & to his heirs or assigns but
upon the Condition without which being Complied with, this
deed is not valid, that the dwelling house on said lot Shall be
kept insured by the party of the Second part in a Responsible
Fire Insurance Company until the two notes given in payment
of said lot by said party of the Second part to Said Thos F.
King one dated June 12fth 1877, payable January 1st 1879.
for four hundred and fifty dollars, the other of Same date
for Same amount payable Jany 1st 1880 both with interest
from date an paid the policy or policies of Insurance for
the insurance above referred to to be assigned & transferred to said
Thos F. King & held as Security for the payment of Said notes and
also that the Orange trees in the Nursery in the Garden of said
lot are reserved & to be removed by the said Thos F. King within
one year, and the Said Elizabeth A. King as part of the Consid-
eration of the deed hereby releases the lien she has on said
land by virtue of a Judgment She now holds against the said
Thos F. King recorded in the Clerks Office of Alachua County
Circuit Court, In Witness Whereof she hereunto Sets her
hand and Seal as well as the Said Thos F. King this the day &
year first before written    }
