her Said husband acknowledged to me that She renounced &
relinquished her right & title to dower in the premises Conveyed
in the foregoing deed to E.D. Barnett freely & voluntarily and
with out any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her Said husband, and the Said Elizabeth & Thos F. King also
acknowledged to me that they did execute the Said deed for the

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents, That
we James Doig and William H. Robertson, and Frances
W. Doig and Margaret E. Robertson wives of the Said James
Doig and Wm H. Robertson, of the State and County aforesaid, for
and in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred and
twenty nine dollars and fifty Cents to us in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
Sold and Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell
and Convey unto Charles D. Furman also of the State and
County aforesaid, the following described lot, tract, piece or
parcel of land lying and being Situated in the State and County
aforesaid and in the South East quarter of Section Four (4)
Township Ten (10) South Range twenty (20) East. The Same being
particularly described as follows; that is to say: Commencing at
the point where the Atlantic, Gulf and West India Transit Com-
panys Rail Road crosses the west prong of the East fork of
Sweet Water Branch, and running North 26º East along the
line of said Rail Roal Sixteen (16) Chains: Thence South
51º East ten (10) Chains and Fifty (50) Links to the middle of
the run of East prong of Sweet Water Branch: - thence down
the run of Said Branch (the average being South 45º West)
Twelve (12) Chains: - thence North 77º West, Eight (8) Chains
to the point of beginning Containing twelve and 95/100 Acres more
or less.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, And also all the
Estate, right title interest dower and right of dower property
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity
of the Said parties of the first part of in and to the Same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
