This Indenture made and entered into this the 29th day of Aug-
ust AD 1877 between Elizabeth S. Mixon and J.J. Mixon the husband
of Said Elizabeth of the first Part, and William C. Andrews of the
Second part: Witnesseth that the Said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred & Sixty dollars ($16000)
to them in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
have granted, bargained and Sold and by these presents, do grant
bargain and Sell & Convey to the party of the Second part all that
Certain tract or parcel of land lying and Situated in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida and known and described as follows,
The North East Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section twenty one
(21) in township eleven (11) Range Eighteen (18) together with all the appur-
tenances thereto belonging. To have and to hold to the Said party of the
Second part his heirs and assigns, with all the right, title, claim
and interest whatsoever of the Said parties of the first part, thereto:
and the title to the Said premises, with the quiet and peaceable en-
joyment of the Same to the Said party of the Second part, the Said
parties of the first part, Shall and will forever warrant and defend
by these presents.
In testimony whereof the Said parties of the first part have hereunto
Set their hands and affixed their Seals the day and year before written
