that on this 11th day of January AD 1877, personally appeared before
me a Justice of Peace of the State of Florida, the above named Mrs Artie
Addams to me well known as the wife of William Addams and
as one of the persons described in and who executed the fore-
going Deed of Conveyance, who being at the time Separate and apart
from her husband, the Said William Addams did then and
there make and execute the foregoing acknowledgement, her name
being with her own hand Subscribed, and her Seal affixed in my
presence.

This Indenture, made the 4th day of August in the year of
Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Seven, Between Fran-
cisco Garay and Kate Garay his wife of the County of Alachua and the
State of Florida of the first part, and Antonio Artolozaga and Juan
Jaurequie Both of the City of Brooklyn of the State of New York of the
Second part, Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first part for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Two hundred Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by the Said
parties of the Second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
granted, bargained, Sold, aliened, remised, released, Conveyed and
Confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell, alien, remise,
release, Convey, and Confirm unto the Said parties of the Second part
and their heirs and assigns, forever, all of his one third undivided
Interest in the following Land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida described as follows to wit:=
One third undivided Interest in the North East Quarter of the
North East Quarter and South East Quarter of the North East
Quarter of Section Eight Township Nine, Range 22 East,
NE1/4 of NE1/4 and SE1/4 of NE1/4 of S8 T9 R22 E.=
Together with all and Singular the Lands tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues
and profits thereof, And also all the estate, right, title, interest,
dower, and right of dower, Separate estate, property, possession, claim
and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in Equity, of the Said
