This Indenture, made and entered into on this the fifteenth
day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hun-
dred and Seventy Seven, Between The Florida Land and Immigra-
tion Company, a body Corporate under the laws of the State of Flor-
ida, party of the first part, and Kahlorine Garay wife of Francis-
co Garay of the County of Alachua State of Florida party of the Sec-
ond part, Witnesseth That the Said party of the first part, for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty Eight and fifty five
hundredths dollars lawful money of the United States of
America, to it in hand paid by the Said party of the Second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, had given, granted, aliened
