bargained, Sold, transferred, conveyed and confirmed, and does by 
these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, Sell, transfer, remise, release, 
Convey and Confirm unto the Said party of the Second part and 
to her heirs and assigns forever, all that Certain tract or parcel 
of Land, Situate, lying, and being in the County of Alachua 
and State of Florida, and better known and described on the 
public maps and records of Said State as Lot numbered Six of
Section Seven in township Nine South of Range Twenty two 
East Containing Forty Seven acres more or less 
            (Lot 6 Sec 7 T9 S R22 E)
To Have and to Hold the above granted, bargained and des-
cribed premises, together with all and Singular the rights and 
privileges, immunities, easements and appurtenances thereunto 
belonging, or in any wise appertaining, unto the Said party of the 
Second part, and to her heirs and assigns, as their absolute prop-
erty in fee Simple forever.
And the Said Florida Land and Immigration Company, for itself and 
assigns, and for all others claiming by, through, or under it does 
Covenant and agree, that at the time of the execution and delivery 
of these presents the said Company is Seized of a good and indefeasable 
fee Simple to the above premises, and has good right to Convey the 
Same, and it has Conveyed the Same, free and discharged from all encum-
brances and liens of any and every nature and discription; and that the 
Said party of the Second part, her heirs and assigns, Shall quietly and 
peaceably, and may at all times hereafter, have, use, occupy, possess,
and enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever, 
lawfully claiming the Same, And that it will at any and at all times 
make such further covenants, conveyances, and assurances at the expense 
of the Said party of the Second part, as She the Said party of the Second 
part, her heirs and assigns, or Counsel learned in the Law may require.
       In Witness Whereof, the Said party of the first part has Caused 
       its Corporate Seal to be hereunto affixed and these presents to 
       be Subscribed by its President and Resident Manager, the 
       day and year first above written.
