This Indenture made the Sixteenth day of August Anno Domini
Eighteen Hundred and Seventy Seven, Between Patrick Kelly of the
City of Fernandina County of Nassau and State of Florida and
Christina Kelly his wife, parties of the first part, and George C. Rex-
ford and Charles K. Dutton of the firm of George C. Rexford and
Company of the town of Rexford County of Suwanee and Said
State of Florida parties of the Second part: Witnesseth: That the
Said parties of the first part for and in Consideration of the
Sum of one hundred and forty dollars to them in hand
paid by the Said parties of the Second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hath given, granted, aliened, Sold, trans-
ferred, and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, Sell, trans-
fer and Convey unto the Said parties of the Second part, and to
their heirs and assigns, foever, all that certain lot, tract or parcel
of Land Situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua
and Said State of Florida and known and described on the
public maps of Said State as the North half of the South
East Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section Thirty two
in township Eight South of Range twenty-two East containing
twenty (20) Acres more or less (N1/2 of SE1/4 of NE1/4 Sec 32 T8
S of R22 E).
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also all the estate,
right, title, interest, dower and right of dower, property claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity, of the Said parties
of the first part, of in and to the Same, with the appurtenances,
To Have and to Hold the above described premises, with the appur-
tenances thereunto belonging unto the Said parties of the Second
part, and their heirs and assigns as their absolute property in
fee Simple forever and the Said Patrick Kelly for himself and
for all others claiming by or under him does Covenant and agree
that he is lawfully Seized of the above described premises, by deed
from Silas Weeks bearing date of      1863, and that he has Con-
veyed the Same free and discharged from all encumbrances and
liens of any and every nature and description created by himself;
And that the Said parties of the Second part, their heirs and assigns
Shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming by, through or
under them, the Said parties of the first part.
In Testimony Whereof, The Said parties of the first part have hereunto
affixed their hands and Seals, this the day and year above written
