Fronzot who being duly Sworn deposeth & Saith that he Saw the
within deed Sign Seal and delivered for the purpose therein expressed
and that he Signed the Same as a Witness and Saw Geo J. Zembauer

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
Shedrick Sapp of the aforesaid County and State for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Five hundred dollars Cash in
hand to me paid by John Darby of the aforesaid County and
State the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained Sold Conveyed and forever quit Claimed and by
these presents do grant bargain, Sell Convey and forever quit
claim unto him the said John Darby all those certain lots peices
or parcels of land lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida, particularly described as Lot Number ten (10)
in Section twenty Seven (27) in township ten (10) South of Range
Eighteen (18) East Containing Thirty nine 91/100 acres of land more
or less entered from and patented by the United States Russell T.
Stokes the patent for which was delivered to Said R.T. Stokes on
the 1st day of May AD 1855 and which said land was Sold and
Conveyed to me by one Henry Sapp Also lots Four (4) Five (5) Seven
(17) and Eight (8) in Section twenty Seven Township Ten (10) South of
Range Eighteen (18) East Containing one hundred and fifty nine
60/100 acres of land more or less which was entered from and patented by
the United States to Lemuel L. Watson and by Said Watson Sold
and Conveyed to me
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining,
To Have and to Hold the Same unto him the Said John Darby and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
forever.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed
my seal on this 28th day of August AD 1877.
