Alachua County } Before me P.H. Young a Justice of the
Peace in and for Said County personally came Mrs Mary N. Bai-
ley formerly the wife now the widow of James B. Bailey, late of
Said County deceased who being duly examined by me and acknowledged
that she joined her said husband in a certain deed of Conveyance
dated June 13th 1854 and Recorded in Deed Book "D" page 261
of the public records of said County - conveying certain real estate
therein described to Daniel G. Anderson for the express purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing all her right of Dower in and
to the said real estate described in said deed of Conveyance:- and
that she signed the said deed of Conveyance freely and voluntarily,
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband.

County of Levy State of Florida of the first part and Mrs R.E. Tillis
