and to make the said Conveyance effectual in Law.
This Indenture Witnesseth; that the Said Thomas Tillis party of
the first part, in Consideration of the ante nuptial verbal agree-
ment of Settlement made and agreed upon in contemplation of
Said marriage and in Consideration of the relinquishment of
Dower of the party of the Second part, in Certain lands Sold by
the party of the first part Since his marriage with party of Second
part and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred dollars
good and lawful money to him in hand paid by the party of
the second part, at and before the Sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the party of
the first pat, hath granted and doth by these presents give, grant,
bargain, Sell and Confirm unto the Said R.E. Tillis (party of the
second part her heirs and assigns all his right title and in-
terest of and to all those parcels or portions of land known and
distinguished according to the original official plat or plan
of Survey of the lands returned to the general land office by the
Surveyor General, as the SE1/4 South East Quarter of the NW1/4
North West Quarter and the SW1/4 South West Quarter of NE1/4
North East Quarter and NW1/4 North West Quarter of SE1/4 South
East Quarter and NE1/4 North East Quarter of SW1/4 South West
Quarter of Section (32) thirty two Township (7) Seven South of Range
twenty one (21) East Containing one hundred and Sixty five acres
more or less also town lots in the town of Waldo in the County of
Alachua State of Florida and known in the plan of Said town
as lots Number Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block 8 Eight of said
town, my stock of Cattle consisting of Eighty (80) head Branded
C.B. Marked crop and half crop in one ear (2) two splits in the
other, 1. one Sorrell mare about five years old 1 Buggy and
Harness, and two thousand five hundred Dollars in Cash
represented by three promisary notes on P.W.W. Sparkman
dated Waldo Fla July 4th AD 1877 one for one "one" thous-
and dollars due and payable the first day of January 1878, one
for One thousand dollars due and payable the first day of Jan-
uary 1879, one for five hundred dollars due and payable the
first day of January 1880 Said notes payable to the order of the order
of the party of the first part, which notes are now endorsed and
transferred to the party of the Second part, whereby said Sums of
money in said promisary Notes Specified due and owing
are ordered appointed and directed to be paid to the Order of
the party of the Second part for the purpose use and
benefit of the party of the Second part as aforesaid. To have
and to hold the said bargained premises with all and Singular
the rights credits members and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in any wise appertaining and the Said Choses of action
are all and Singular the Said Stock of Cattle with their future
increase thereof and the Said mare and Buggy and harness
to the party of the Second party to her own proper use benefit
and behoof in fee Simple Saving and reserving with
party of the first part a joint use benefit possession and
