Brown of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for
and in consideration of the love and affection for my wife
Mary Brown and in consideration of one Dollar to me in
hand paid by her the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
day
have this Bargained Sold and delivered and by these presents
doth bargain Sell deliver and convey unto my wife Mary
Brown two Colts well known - and all lands Stock tools guns
farming implements and all other property in any way
belonging to me to have and to hold Said described proper-
ty unto her heirs executors and administrators in fee Sim=
ple forever, In Witness whereof I have hereunto affixed
my hand and Seal this the 22nd day of March AD 1877
