State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County   } James D. Matheson and James T. McMillan
both of Gainesville Alachua County Florida as trustees for the
Creditors of the Estate of John W. Anderson deceased for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Four hundred and twenty five
dollars to us in hand paid at and before the ensealing delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged We
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these 
presents do grant bargain Sell and convey unto Cornelius S.
Whitcomb of the State of Florida Alachua County all that
certain pieces parcels or tracts of land known on a private
plat of the Leitner Lands Surveyed and Made by W.C. Miller
as lots nos (6) Six and (15) fifteen and lying North of what is
called Burnt Pond each lot containing forty acres more or
less of land and water and both of them being a part of what
is called or commonly known as the Leitner Place the Same
being Situated in Alachua County and State of Florida
in what is known on the map of the Arredondo Grant
made by David H. Burr and Henry Washington as a part
of Section Number Nine (9) of the Moses E. Levy Grant,
To have and to hold the Same from us our heirs executors ad-
ministrators and Successors unto the Said C.S. Whitcomb his
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple for

and that he and E.C.F. Sanchez in the presence of each other
Signed the Same as subscribing witnesses thereto, Sworn to
and subscribed to before me this the 16th day of August
