State of Florida } Whereas I George F. Beattie as Admr
Alachua County   } Cum Testam of the last will of John J.
Beattie deceased was duly authorized to male Sale of the
undivided one half interest of said John J. Beattie decd
in and to the Section of land hereinafter described and
also to sell the undivided one third interest of the Said
John J. Beattie decd in the town lot hereinafter described,
and whereas under and by virtue of an order of the
Probate Court of Alachua County I did duly advertise
the said property for public Sale on this day for the pay-
ment of the debts of said John J. Beattie decd and did on
this day Sell the same at public outcry before the Court
House door in the town of Gainesville, Fla pursuant to
Said order and the published notice of Said Sale, and where-
as at Said Sale William A. Colclough became the purchaser
of all of said property for the Sum of one hundred and twenty-
four dollars that being the highest Sum bid for the Same
at Said Sale and he being the bidder thereof - Now therefore Know
all men by these presents that I the Said George F. Beattie for
and in consideration of said Sum of One hundred and twenty
four dollars to me in hand paid by the Said William A.
Colclough before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained, Sold and Conveyed: and by these presents do grant
bargain, Sell and Convey unto him the Said William A. Colclough
the Said undivided one half interest of John J. Beattie decd
in and to all that certain piece, parcel, or tract of land Sit-
uated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida, Known and described as Section Thirty three in
Township Nine (9) in Range Twenty 20 ---- Also the in-
divided one third interest of the Said John J. Beattie decd in
and to that certain lot, piece, or parcel of land Situated
lying and being in the Town of Gainesville, Alachua County,
Florida, Known and described as Block One (1) in Range
Three (3) according to the original plats of Said Town of
Gainesville, together with all and Singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging or in
any wise appertaining - To have and to hold the Same to him
the Said William A. Colclough his heirs, executors, adminis-
trators and assigns in fee Simple forever
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and
affixed my Seal on this 3rd day of April AD 1876.
