Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the 13th
day of August AD Eighteen hundred and Seventy Seven
between John Underwood of the first part and F.A. Under-
wood of the Second part all of the State and County above
written, Witnesseth that the party of the first part for
and in consideration of the Sum of five dollars to him in
hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and Sold and by these presents
do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the party of the
Second part the following described parcel of land lying
and being Situate in Alachua County to wit: The South
West Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section thirty one
Township No Seven South of Range Eighteen East and
Lots Numbered one and four and Lots numbered two of
North West Quarter and Lot Numbered three of the South
West Quarter of Section No Six (6) of township Eight South
of Range Eighteen (18) East Containing three hundred
and five acres more or less.
Together with all and Singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To have and to hold unto the party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple.
And the party of the first part do covenant for him-
Self and his heirs with the party of the Second part
and his heirs that he is Seized of a good Estate of
inheritance therein free from all incumbrances, and 
that he will warrant and forever defend the above described
premises unto the party of the Second part his heirs
and assigns
