                 This Indenture made this the 31st
day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred and Seventy Seven between Mary L. Earle and
her husband Elias Earle of the one part and "Michael
Knight" of the other part all of the State and County
aforesaid, Witnesseth that the Said Mary L. Earle and
her husband Elias Earle for and in consideration 
of the Sum of Five hundred Dollars to them in hand
paid, at and before the ensealing of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted bargained and Sold and Conveyed, and do by
these presents grant, bargain Sell, and Convey unto the
Said "Michael Knight" his heirs and assigns all
that tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being
in Alachua County, Florida, and more particularly
described on the public maps as follows, So much of the
East Half of the South West Quarter of Section (32) thirty
two as lies North of an avenue running from the
residence of said Elias Earle in nearly a west direction
leading into the Waldo road, and Known as Earle's
Avenue claiming to be 40 feet in width, (which
Said Avenue it is hereby agreed Shall ever be left
open for the purpose of a public road, and the
right of way of the Same is hereby reserved) containing
about Fifty (50) acres more or less with all the
rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging
To have and to hold the aforesaid lot of land unto him
the Said "Michal Knight" his heirs and assigns
together with all the rights members and appurtenan-
ces to the Said lot of land in anywise belonging
