to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof in
fee Simple forever,
And the Said Mary L. Earle and her husband Elias Earle
for themselves their heirs administrators and executors the
Said bargained premises, together with all the right title
and possession thereof, unto the Said "Michael Knight" his
heirs and assigns, will warrant and forever defend the
right and title thereof against themselves and against the
claim of all other persons whomsoever,

Severally acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
Deed for the within Specified purposes, and I further
Certify that the Said Mary L. Earle being at the time
Separate and apart from her Said husband did acknowl=
edge under her hand and Seal that she executed the
foregoing Deed of Conveyance to Michael Knight for
the purpose of conveying her right to the premises
described therein and that She executed the Same
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
or Constraint of fear of or from her husband the Said
Elias Earle

This Indenture made and entered into this 25th day
of July AD one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven
between Rufus A. Peck and his wife Lydia B. Peck of the
County of Vigo and State of Indiana parties of the
first part and Oscar F. Morrison of the County of      and
State of Illinois party of the Second part, Witnesseth that
the Said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the Sum of Eight hundred Dollars to them in hand
paid by the Said party of the Second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have given, granted
