aliened, bargained, Sold, transferred, and by these presents
give, grant, alien, bargain, Sell, transfer and convey unto
the said party of the Second part all the lot of land Situate
and being in Alachua County State of Florida - and known and
described on the public maps as the (SE 1/4) South East Quarter
of the (SW 1/4) South West Quarter of Section (15) fifteen Town=
ship (8) Eight South of Range (21) twenty one East, Containing
(40) forty acres more or less.
To have and to Hold the above described premises together
with all and Singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances
thereunto unto the said party of the Second part, his heirs
administrators or assigns in fee Simple forever,
And the Said party of the first part for themselves their heirs
or assigns doth covenant and agree that they are Seized
with good and indefeasible fee Simple to the above granted
Premises, and that they have good right to Sell and Convey
the Same free and discharged from all encumbrances
and liens of any kinds and nature, and that the Said party
of the Second part, his heirs and assigns, Shall quietly enjoy
the afore granted premises, lawfully claiming the Same
and will by these presents forever warrant and defend the
Same.
And the Mrs Lydia B. Peck for the Consideration
aforesaid doth hereby Sell and relinquish all her right of
Dower into or out of the Said before described premises

for the County and State last aforesaid, personally came
Rufus A. Peck and his wife Lydia B. Peck the parties
above who Severally acknowledged they Signed the
above Conveyance for the above Specified purpose and
the Said Lydia B. Peck acknowledged upon a Separate
examination from her said husband that She Signed
the above voluntarily and without fear of the Said hus-
band
