State of Florida } This Indenture made this 20th day of
Alachua County   } July AD 1875, Between William Henry Colson
and his wife Jenie Colson of the State and County aforesaid
of the one part and Reuben May of the the Same place of the
other part, Witnesseth that the Said William Henry Colson and
his wife Janie Colson for and in Consideration of the Sum of
Eight hundred dollars paid at and before Sealing and
delivery of these presents this receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged hath bargained Sold released and Conveyed and by
these presents doth bargain Sell release and convey unto
the Said Reuben May his heirs and assigns all the following
named and described lands being and lying in the State
and County aforesaid and containing two hundred acres
more or less more particularly described as follows to wit
East half of South West Quarter and South half South
East Quarter Section 21 (Township 7) South of Range 19)
East) Also North East Quarter of North West Quarter
Section 28, Township 7) (South of Range 19)(E) in the
District of lands Subject to Sale at Newnansville
Florida all lying and being in the County of Alachua
in Said State of Florida to have and to hold Said des=
cribed tract of land unto the Said Reuben May his
heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple together with
all the rights members and appurtenances to the
Same belonging or in any manner appertaining
And the Said William H. Colson for himself his Executors
Administrators and Assigns Said Bargained premises
Shall and will forever warrant and defend from all against
himself his heirs and assigns unto the Said Reuben May
his heirs and assigns and against the claim of all other
persons whatsoever. In Witness Whereof the Said William H.
Colson has hereunto Set his hand and Seal the day and year
above written

Know all men by these presents that I Jane Colson wife of
William Henry Colson Do herself sell transfer and convey all
my right title and claim to all dower and every right title
and claim to all the above and foregoing Lands for and in
            of the Sum
Consideration^of Five Dollars well and paid at and before
the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged, In Witness whereof I have herein to Set
my hand and Seal the day and year above written Signed
