This Indenture, made this Second day of April in the
year Eighteen hundred and Seventy Seven between Charles W.   
Brush at present of the City of San Francisco & State of Califor-
nia Executor of the last Will and testament of Nehemiah
Brush, deceased, of the first part, and George P. Webb of the
town of Gainesville Alachua County, and State of Florida
of the Second part:
Whereas, Nehemiah Brush, by his Last Will and testa-
ment dated the tenth day of March, in the year Eighteen
hundred and forty three, duly admitted to probate, and now
of record in the office of the Clerk of Alachua County
and State of Florida, authorized and empowered his
Executors therein named to Sell and Convey certain real estate
also in Said will named And Whereas, the party hereto
of the first part, the Surviving Executor named in Said Will,
by virtue of Such authority has Sold to the Said party hereto
of the Second part a portion of Said real estate, which is
hereinafter described for the Sum of two hundred and
fifty Dollars, which amount has been fully paid
by the Said party of the Second part, as is hereby admitted
Now, therefore, this Indenture, Witnesseth: that in Consider-
ation of the premises, and one dollar, the Said party
of the first part, Executor as aforesaid, doth grant, bargain,
Sell, alien, release, Convey, and Confirm unto the Said
