party hereto of the Second part, his heirs and assigns for-
ever, In Fee All that lot or parcel of ground Situate and
lying in the town of Gainesville, Alachua County, State of
Florida-- being a portion of a tract of Land known a
"The Arredondo Grant" and described as follows, that is
to Say: the North half of Lot number two (2) of Brushes ad-
dition to the town of Gainesville beginning for the Same
at the North East Corner of said lot and running thence west-
erly one hundred and ninety (190) feet thence Southerly
two hundred (200) feet: thence Easterly parallel to first line
on hundred and ninety two feet Six inches (192'6"), and
thence northerly in a Straight line two hundred (200) feet
to place of beginning
It being a part of the Same ground which, by a decree passed
in the Case of Brush et al against Prall et al, in the Circuit
Court of St Johns County and State of Florida, on the eleventh
day of August, in the year Eighteen hundred and forty nine,
which decree has been duly recorded in the Clerks Office
of Alachua County in Said State, was adjudged and
apportioned as the property belonging to the Estate of the
Said Nehemiah Brush, deceased
Together with all and Singular the rights privileges, ad-
vantages, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders
rents, issues and profits thereof; And Also All the estate,
right, title, interest claim and demand whatsoever, both in
law and equity, which the Said testator had in his lifetime
and at the time of his decease, and which the Said party
hereto of the first part hath, by virtue of Said last Will
And Testament, or otherwise of, in and to the Same and every
part thereof, with the appurtenances.
To have and to hold the above described lot or parcel of
ground, with the appurtenances, unto the Said party hereto
of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever.
And the Said party hereto of the first part, as Executor
aforesaid, doth Covenant with the Said party of the Second
part, her heirs and assigns, that he has not done any
act, matter or thing, to encumber the property hereby con-
veyed, and that he will execute Such further assurances
as may be necessary.
Witness the hand and Seal of the party hereto of the
first part,
