before me, a Commissioner appointed by the Governor of
the State of Florida, and duly commissioned and qualified
to take acknowledgment of deeds &c, in the State of Califor=
nia that are to be used or recorded in the Said State of
Florida, personally appeared Charles W. Brush, to me
well known of my own knowledge to be the party described
in and who executed the foregoing deed, and acknowledged
the Same to be his act.

hundred and Seventy Seven Phillip B.H. Dudley Senr party 
of the first part and Phillip B.H. Dudley Jnr party of the
Second part all of the County and State aforesaid
Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part for and
in Consideration of the Sum of one dollar lawful mon-
ey of the United States of America to him in hand paid
by the Said party of the Second part at or before the
