26, Township 9, South of Range 17 (E) North East half (1/2) of
South West Quarter (1/4) containing (80) acres more or less
together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and all the State, right title interest, proper=
ty, possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in
Equity of the party of the first part in and to the above described
premises and every part and parcel thereof.
To have and to hold the above granted bargained described
premises with the appurtenances unto the Said party of the
second part, her and the heirs of her body their own proper
use benefit and behoof forever, and the Said party of the first, for
her heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant with
the said party of the Second part, her heirs at the time of the
delivery hereof the Said party of the first part the lawful
owner of the premises above granty and Seized thereof in
fee Simple absolute that of the part and heirs and against
all and every person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
or to claim shall and will warrant
