This Indenture made and entered into this 27th day of July
AD 1877 between Louisa G. King and J.W.F. King husband of the
Said Louisa, Citizens of the State of South Carolina of the
first part and Mary N. Dell, William Campbell Dell,
William Smith Campbell and James B. Campbell of
the Second part, Witnesseth that the parties of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of Three hundred (300)
Dollars to them paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged have granted bargained and Sold to the parties of
the second part all their right title and interest in and
to all those certain tracts or parcels of land lying & Situated
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and known
and described as follows: - the South west Quarter and
lot number Seven (7) in Section thirty four Township Eight (8)
Range nineteen (19) Fractional Section three (3) in township
Nine (9) Range (19) nineteen East and also the west fractional
half Section two (2) township nine (9) Range nineteen (19) and
North half and lot two (2) and South half of lot 8 (Eight)
in Section thirty four (34) township Eight (8) range Nineteen (19)
Containing Six hundred & twenty 30/100 acres more or less
To have and to hold to the Said parties of the Second part
their heirs and assigns with all the rights tenements and
hereditaments thereto appurtaining or in any wise belonging
