State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Whereas by an agreement made and
entered into by and between Wm D. Lewis Walter S. Land
& Benjm P. Boulware made on the 22nd day of November AD
1875 by which the Said Wm D. Lewis agreed to Sell to the Said
W.S. Land & Benjm P. Boulware one third interest each in
the SW1/4 of Section twenty two township ten Range twenty
east for the consideration that the Said Land & Boulware
Should within five years from the date thereof plant out on
Said land one thousand Orange trees, Whereas I the
Said Wm D. Lewis wishing to alter or change the Considera-
tion in one instance and the location of the trees in an-
other did in lieu of five hundred Orange trees to be plan-
ted as aforesaid by W.S. Land recieve from Said Land the
Sum of Fifty Dollars and did execute to the Said W.S. Land
a deed to an undivided 1/3 interest in Said SW1/4 of Sec
twenty two (22) township ten (10) Range twenty East & Where=
as I the Said Wm D. Lewis is desirous of changing the
locality of the Five hundred trees to be planted out by the
said Benjm P. Boulware to Such place as I may designate
Now know all men by these presents that I William D.
Lewis for and in consideration of Five Dollars to me in
hand paid by the Said Benjm P. Boulware the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further Considera=
tion of an obligation given to the Said William D. Lewis
by the Said Benjm P. Boulware bearing even date with
these presents do hereby give grant bargain and Sell unto
Benjm P. Boulware and undivided one third interest in
and to the South West Quarter of Section twenty two township
ten (10) South Range twenty (20) east.
To have and to Hold the above granted and described prem-
ises together with all the privileges & appurtenances unto the
Said Benjamine P. Boulware his heirs Executors or admin-
istrators & assigns forever in fee Simple.
And I the Said Wm D. Lewis, my heirs executors or adminis=
