In Consideration of Forty two Dollars to us paid in hand by
Charles P. Perry of Alachua County Florida the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged and for a previous payment of Eighty four
Dollars made by E.B. Knade and his interest assigned to the
Said Charles P. Perry of which we are entirely Satisfied and here-
by, agree to the transfer and for the further promise from the Said
Charles P. Perry, to pay on or before the first day of July AD
1878, the further Sum of One hundred and twenty four dollars
we hereby agree to make and deliver unto the Said Charles P. Perry
a good and Sufficient Deed with the usual covenants of War-
ranty release of Dower &c of all that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
known as the Knade place and being in Section (15) fifteen, town-
Ship (10) ten Range (19) nineteen, and Containing Fifteen acres and
further described as follows Commencing at the N West Corner
of the place known as the Davidson place and running North
Five Chains thence west thirty Chains thence South Five
Chains thence East thirty Chains to place of beginning
