R.H. Stringfellow Should be the longest liver Shall
never be molested or disturbed but Shall have free use and
full Control of the aforesaid lands So long as he lives
To have and to hold the above described land together with all
the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging to her the Said
Parasade T. Stringfellow her heirs or assigns forever in
fee Simple, and the Said James M. Hawthorn for himself
his heirs executors administrators will forever warrant
and defend the right and title thereunto against the claims
of all persons whatsoever,

Know all men by these presents that I, Sarah P. Hawthorn
wife of J.M. Hawthorn within named for and in Consider-
ation of the Sum of Seven dollars and fifty Cents to me in
hand paid by Parasade T. Stringfellow at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, remised released
and forever quit claimed unto the Said Parasade T. Stringfellow
and her heirs and assigns all and all manner of Dower
and right and title of Dower and other interest whatsoever
which I the Said Sarah P. Hawthorn now have may might
or Should or by right to have or claim of in to or out of
the within described premises with the appurtenances granted
unto the Said Parasade T. Stringfellow and every part and
parcel thereof, and I the Said Sarah P. Hawthorn do hereby
acknowledge and declare that I freely and voluntarily renounce
and relinquish all my Dower and right and title of Dower
in the premises within named without any Compulsion
Constraint apprehension or fear from my Said husband
the Said James M. Hawthorn.
