And the Sale thereunder made and for and in Consider-
ation of the Said Sum of One hundred Dollars to me as Such
Sheriff in hand paid by the Said Paulina Brown the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bar-
gained and Sold and by these presents do grant bargain
and Sell unto the Said Paulina Brown and to her heirs
and assigns forever all the following described proper-
ty to wit: Fraction Lot two (2) in Block three (3) in
Range One (1) except fractional lot forty Seven (47) feet
North and South by Sixty (60) feet East and West in the
North East Corner of Said lot two (2) lying and being in
the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County Florida
To have and to hold unto her the Said Mrs Paulina
Brown and to her heirs and assigns forever as fully
and effectually as I the Said S.C. Tucker as Sheriff
aforesaid under and by virtue of the Decree of foreclosure
aforesaid and the levy advertisement and Sale thereunder
made, might Could or ought to Sell and Convey the Same
