Said P.M. Oliver by a warranty deed in fee Simple absolute
free of all encumbrances now vesting over the Same the following
described piece or parcel of Land Situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly des-
cribed as the South half of the North West Quarter of sec-
tion Twenty two (22) in Township ten (10) South, Range twenty
(20) east containing Eighty Acres of land more or less together
with all the hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same
belonging or in any wise appurtaining.
Provided, however, that the Said P.M. Oliver Shall pay to
me, in cash within Sixty (60) days from the date of this
instrument the further Sum of Eleven hundred and Eighty
five ($1185.) Dollars the ballance of the purchase money
for said land above described according to my agreement
of Sale of the Same to him on this day made

This Indenture made the 17th day of September one thous-
and Eight hundred & Seventy Seven between Thomas J. Ray of the
town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida of the first part & P.M. Oliver of the Same place of
the Second part
           Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part
for & in consideration of the Sum of one hundred dollars law-
ful money of the United States to him in hand duly paid before
the delivery hereof - hath bargained & Sold & by these presence doth
grant & Convey to the Said party of the Second part his heirs &
Assigns forever all that Certain piece or parcel of land lying
& being in the County of Alachua & State of Florida & which is
