known & described as follows to wit: Commencing at a point where
the Section line divides Section Seven & Eight crosses the
Florida Rail Road R***** South along Said Section line 14,
Chains & 17 links to the line of the D.L. Clinch Grant, thence west
along Said grant line to a Stake 210 ft thence North 4 degrees
45 Min East to a Stake on the Florida Rail Road Thence
Eastwardly along Said Rail Road to the place of beginning being
a portion of the South East Quarter of the North East Quarter of
Section No Seven (7) in township number ten (10) of Range Number
twenty (20) South & East Containing four (4) acres more or less.
together with all & Singular the tenements hereditaments & appur-
tenancies and all the estate title and interest of Said party of
the first therein
And the Said party of the first part doth hereby Covenant
& agree with the Said party of the Second part that at the time
of the delivery hereof the Said party of the first part is the
lawful owner of the Said premises above granted & Seized thereof
in fee Simple absolute & that he will warrant & defend the above
granted premises in the quiet & peaceable possession of the
Said party of the Second his heirs and assigns forever;
