Personally Came before me C.P. Crawford, who on
oath Says that he witnessed the execution of the above
deed & the Signing of P. Shemwell as witness thereto this

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I Ellen L. Day together with my Husband Henry E. Day
of the aforesaid County and State for and in considera-
tion of the Sum of Three Hundred dollars to me the Said
Ellen L. Day cash in hand paid the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged, and for and in consideration of the
further Sum of Three hundred ($300.00) Dollars well Secured
to be paid to me the Said Henry E. Day by Albert E. Acee
of Said State and County have granted, bargained, Sold and
Conveyed: and by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell and
Convey unto him the Said Albert E. Acee all the right title
interest and claim of me the Said Ellen L. Day, (the Same
being an undivided one half interest) of in and to all
these certain Lots pieces or parcels of land Known designa-
ted and described upon a Map or platt of the "Leitner
Lands" in Alachua County Florida, as Surveyed and made
by Surveyor Wm C. Miller, as Lots Nos Fifty one (51), Forty-
Seven (47), Forty eight (48) Thirty three (33) and the North
fractional part of Lot No Fifty four (54) lying North of
what is popularly Called "Saw grass Pond"
and "Wauberg Lake" each of Said Lots Containing Forty
(40) acres from which about ten (10) acres has heretofore
been conveyed by Mess Matheson and McMillan as Trustees
to one James B. Brown lying South of Said "Saw Grass Pond" - All
of said lots of land being a part of what is commonly known
as the "Leitner Place" Situated lying and being in Alachua
County in the State of Florida in what is known and designated
upon the Maps or platts of the "Arredondo Grant" made by
David H. Burr and Henry Washington as Lot or Section
No Nine (9) of the "Moses E. Levy Grant" = Together with all
and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the Same belonging or in any wise appurtaining 
To Have and to Hold the Same unto him the Said Albert
E. Acee and to his heirs, executors administrators and
