This Indenture, made this the Eighteenth day of September
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Seventy Seven between Charles D. Furman of the County of
Alachua and the State of Florida party of the first part
and Robert McClellan of Alachua County and State afore-
Said party of the Second part,
Witnesseth, That the Said party of the first part, for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Six hundred and fifty
