This Indenture made this the thirteenth (13th) day of August AD
1877, between Samuel Y. Finley and his wife Julia D. Finley of the
State of Florida and Duval County the parties of the first part,
and Martha L. Norton wife of Samuel E. Norton of the State
of Florida and Alachua County the party of the Second part
Witnesseth
That the Said parties of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Eleven hundred Dollars, the receipt
of Five hundred Dollars of which amount is hereby acknowl-
edged have bargained Sold aliened and Conveyed and by
these presents do Sell Convey and Confirm unto the Said party
of the Second part her heirs and assigns in fee Simple
title the the following described parcel of land lying and
being in Alachua County Florida, viz lying East of or within
and near the Eastern boundary of the town of Gainesville
in said Alachua County, and containing three acres more
or less - , it being the Same land conveyed by Daniel G. An-
derson to Julia D. Finley by deed dated the (30th) thirtieth
day of September 1867, Conveying two acres and record-
ed in Book "G" pages 356, 357, & 358 of the Records of Alachua
County Florida, and one acre conveyed by the Said Daniel
G. Anderson to the Said Samuel Y. Finley by Deed dated
the twenty third day of March AD 1868 and recorded in Book
"G" page 585, of the records of Alachua County Florida
To Have and to Hold the above granted land, together with all
and Singular the appurtenances, tenements, hereditaments
right title interest in law, including all Dower interest
