of the said Julia D. Finley as well as in Equity unto the
Said party of the Second part, to her own proper use and behoof
forever,
And the Said parties of the first part for themselves their
heirs, executors and administrators do hereby covenant with
the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns that at
the time of the delivery hereof the parties of the first part are
the lawful owners of the above granted land and premises and
seized thereof in fee Simple absolute: that the Same are free from
all encumbrances, that the said parties of the first part have
good right to sell and Convey the Same to the Said party of the 
Second part as aforesaid. And the Said parties of the first
part their heirs, executors and administrators the above granted
land and premises unto the Said party of the Second part her
heirs and assigns, against themselves their heirs and assigns
and against all other persons lawfully claiming the Same
will forever warrant and defend

band in the execution of the foregoing Deed and who being exam-
ined by me Separate and apart from her Said husband acknowl-
edged that She joined her said husband in said deed for the
purpose of conveying all her Separate interest and dower
interest in and to the lands mentioned therein, freely and volun-
tarily and without any constraint apprehension or fear of or from
