arising from the manufacture use and Sales of Mon-
uments and Tombstones under said Patent in Alachua
County, Florida, have hereby bargained, Sold and Set
over to the said D.H. Carn party of the Second part the
exclusive right to the use of said patent within the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida, and the exclusive
right and privilege under said patent to manufacture
use and sell and dispose of all Tombstones and Monuments
manufactured under said Patent and under the process
thereby exempted and secured from common use, within the
Said County of Alachua, Florida - for the Sum of five (5)
years from the date of this instrument, but in no other
place or county whatever, And also with full power in
him the said D.H. Carn in his discretion and at Such
price as he may deem sufficient to sell the right hereby
Conveyed to any other person or persons as he may choose
provided however that he pay to the party of the first part
herein one half of the nett proceeds of Such Sale after paying
off all indebtedness which may have accrued by reason of the
manufacture of articles under Said Patent -
And the said party of the Second part hereby agrees to pay
and account to the said party of the first part for one half of
the nett proceeds arising from the Sale of all Monuments and
Tombstones manufactured and Sold within Said Territory under
said Patent
