State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I,
Alachua County   } Henry Washington of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the natural love and
affection which I have and bear for and to my wife Phibby
Washington, have given, granted, Sold and Conveyed and
assigned and by these presents do give, grant, Sell, Convey and
assign unto her the Said Phibby Washington all the following
described personal property to wit, one chestnut Sorrel
gelding horse about eight or nine years old, Four Cows;
Four yearling Cattle, and Three Calves making Eleven (11)
head in all marked with a crop and a half-crop in one
Ear, and with an under square and Split in the other and
brand "H.J." together with all the further increase of said
cattle - Also All of my household and Kitchen Furniture what-
ever it may consist of, also all the crops of Corn Cotton or other
Crops of whatsoever Kind, Species or description which I now
have planted and growing, or in which I may be in any
way interested wherever Said Crops may be in Alachua County
Florida.
To Have and to Hold all of said property and every part
thereof unto her the said Phibby Washington and to her
heirs and executors administrators and assigns forever
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed
my seal on this 20th day of August AD 1877.
