McIntyre secured to be paid by the Said Robert McIntyre
have granted, bargained, Sold and conveyed; and by these
presents do grant, bargain Sell and convey unto him the
said Robert McIntyre all that Certain lot, piece, or parcel of
land lying and being Situated in Alachua County State of
Florida in section Thirty two (32) in township nine (9) of Range
Twenty (20) particularly described as commencing Thirty three
(33) feet West from the South West Corner of the Lot now
owned or occupied by Johnson Chestnut and family
(on the Northern Suburbs of the town of Gainesville) thence
West Four hundred and eighteen feet (418), thence North
Two hundred and nine (209) feet thence East Three hundred
and thirteen (313) feet, thence South one hundred and five
(105) feet, thence East one hundred and five (105) feet,
thence South one hundred and four (104) feet to the place
of beginning, Containing one and three fourths (1 3/4) acres
of land more or less together with all and Singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same
belonging or in any wise appurtaining, To Have and to
hold the Same to him the said Robert McIntyre and to his 
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple
forever =
