Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I Robert McIntyre of the aforesaid County and
State for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hun-
dred and fifty five Dollars to me cash in hand paid by
Henry McIntyre of said State and County the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained -
Sold and conveyed; and by these presents do grant bargain,
Sell and Convey, unto him the Said Henry McIntyre the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land lying
and being Situated in Alachua County State of Florida
in Sections thirty two (32) in township Nine (9) South of
Range twenty (20) east particularly described as commen-
cing Thirty three (33) feet West from the South West Corner
of the lot now owned or occupied by Johnson Chestnut
and family (on the Northern Suburbs of the town of 
Gainesville (thence West Four hundred and eighteen
(418) feet thence North two hundred and Nine (209) feet,
thence East three hundred and thirteen (313) feet, thence
South one hundred and five (105) feet, thence East one
hundred and five (105) feet, thence South one hundred
and four (104) feet to the place of beginning Containing
one and three fourths (1 3/4) acres of land more or less.
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the Same belonging or in any wise
appurtaining ,
To Have and to Hold the Same to him the Said Henry McIntyre
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in
fee Simple absolute forever,
