Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that I,
Bartlett S. Foster of the County of Alachua and the State
of Florida for and in Consideration of the Sum of Seven
hundred dollars to me Cash in hand paid by Henry
and Company of Savannah Georgia have granted, barg-
ained Sold and Conveyed; and by these presents do
grant, bargain Sell and Convey unto him the Said Henry
Hull all those Certain lots Blocks pieces or parcel of land
together with the tenements hereditaments fixtures and appur-
tenancies to the Same belonging or in anywise appertaining
lying being and Situate in the town of Gainesville County of
Alachua State of Florida particularly described according
to the Map of Ropers addition to the town of Gainesville
recorded in Deed Book "J" Folio 550 in the Clerks Office
of the County of Alachua State of Florida as Lot one (1)
Block four (4) Range four (4) Lot five (5) Block one (1)
Range three (3) Lot ten and a half (10 1/2) Block two (2)
Range two (2), Lot Eleven (11) Block three (3) Range two (2)
To have and to hold the Same to him the Said Henry Hull
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple
forever.
And I the Said Bartlett S. Foster for myself and my
executors and administrators do Covenant with the Said
Henry Hull and his heirs and assigns that I will and
my heirs executors and administrators Shall warrant
and defend the Said described premises to the Said Henry
Hull and his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons.
