Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I, James
M. Sparkman of the aforesaid State and County for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Three hundred and fifty ($35000)
                                               of the County &
Dollars to me in hand paid by Isabella H. Fletcher^the receipt
State aforesaid
of which is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain Sell
and Convey unto the Said Isabella H. Fletcher her heirs and
assigns a Certain tract or parcel of land with the buildings
thereon and all the appurtenances to the Same belonging Situa-
ted in Said County & State bounded & described as follows to,
Wit: Lots Number two (2) and Number Seven (7) of Section
Six (6) township Nine (9) South of Range (22) twenty two East Contain-
ing Eighty acres more or less; To have and to hold the above
granted premises to the Said Isabella H. Fletcher her heirs
and assigns to hers and their use and behoof forever.
And I the Said James M. Sparkman for myself & my heirs
executors and administrators do covenant with the Said
Isabella H. Fletcher her heirs & assigns That I am lawfully
Seized in fee Simple of the aforesaid granted premises
that they are free from all encumbrances that I have a good
right to Sell and Convey the Same to the Said Isabella H.
Fletcher her heirs & assigns forever as aforesaid and that
           heirs
I will and my^executors and Administrators Shall Warrant
and defend the Same to the Said Isabella H. Fletcher
her heirs and assigns forever against the lawful Claims
