with whom I am personally acquainted and acknowledg
that they executed the foregoing Deed for the purposes
therein expressed and the Said Sinah Sparkman wife of
James M. Sparkman Separate and apart from her Said
husband and acknowledged that She executed the
foregoing deed of her own free will and accord without
fear or Compulsion from her Said husband in testimony

This, Indenture, made the tenth day of February in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven between Dan Tuck-
er and Dianah Tucker his wife of the County of Alachua State of
Florida parties of the of the first part, and Henry Woodard of the

Same place  party, Witnesseth, That the Said parties of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of fifty Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the Said party
