In Witness Whereof I hereunto Subscribe my name
and affix my seal, this 10th day of September AD
one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Seven

County of Alachua } To all whom it may Concern: Be
it known that on this 10th day of September AD 1877
personally appeared before me a Judicial Officer of the State
of Florida, the above named Sarah E. Raulerson to me well known
as the wife of Hardee Raulerson and as one of the persons des
Cribed in and who executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance
who being at the time Separate and apart from her husband, the
Said Hardee Raulerson did then and there make and execute
the foregoing acknowledgment her name being with her own hand
Subscribed and her Seal affixed in my presence
Witness my hand and Seal at Waldo the day and year
above written

Hardee Raulerson to me well known as the person described
in, and who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance
and acknowledged that he executed the Same for the 
purpose therein expressed, whereupon it is prayed that the
Same may be recorded.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand and
seal this 10th day of September 1877.

This Indenture, made this the 27th day of September
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
Seven between Mary E. Russell and James W. Russell of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first
part, and Phillip R. Turpin of Carroll County State of
Kentucky party of the Second part.
                               Witnesseth, That the Said
parties of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum
of Five hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath bargained, Sold, released, granted, Conveyed, and Confirmed
And by these presents do bargain, Sell, release, grant, Convey and
Confirm unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs and
Assigns, forever, all that Certain tract or parcel of land with the
buildings thereon, and all the private, Known as Lot (1)
