more or less.
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining, and all the estate right title, interest, property, possess-
ion claim and demand whatsoever, as well in Law as in
Equity of the said parties of the first part in and to the
above described premises and every part and parcel thereof:
To Have and to Hold the above granted, bargained and descri-
bed premises with the appurtenances unto the Said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns, to him and his
own proper use benefit and behoof forever, and the Said
parties of the first part, for their heirs executors and adminis-
trators do hereby covenant with the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns that at the time of the delivery
hereof the Said parties of the first part are the lawful owners
of the premises above granted, and Seized thereof in fee
Simple absolute; that they are free from all incumbrances
that the said parties of the first part have good right to
sell and Convey the Same to the Said party of the Second
part as aforesaid, and that the Said parties of the first part
their heirs, executors and administrators, the above described
and hereby granted and Conveyed premises and every part
and parcel, thereof, with the appurtenances, unto the Said
party of the Second part his heirs and assigns against the
Said parties of the first part and their heirs and against all
and every person and persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming
or to claim the Same, Shall and will warrant and by these
presents forever defend

Mary E. Russell wife of James W. Russell grantor in
the foregoing Deed Conveying Real estate for and in Consider-
ation of the premises in Said Deed mentioned, and of one dollar
to me in hand paid by Phillip B. Turpin Grantee in Said
Deed mentioned, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have remised, released, relinquished, renounced, and by
these presents do remise, release, relinquish, renounce, and
forever Quit Claim, unto the Said Phillip B. Turpin all my Dower
and right of Dower in and to the lands in the foregoing Deed
mentioned and Conveyed, To have and to hold the Same
